Loan Officer Assistant | Launch Your Mortgage Sales Career

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Speak with warm leads and potential borrowers
• Qualify and understand borrower needs
• Build rapport and establish trust over the phone
• Learn mortgage products and the home-buying process
• Support Loan Officers throughout the sales process
• Develop the communication and sales skills needed to become a Loan Officer
• Work toward earning your seat as a licensed Loan Officer

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required

NMLS licensing is not required to start. We’ll guide you through the process as you progress toward becoming a Loan Officer.
